So, I spend another weekend over with my friends. Well, I was planning to, but Her Majesty and Tigger were busy all weekend. But I still got to some time with Samson. Unfortunately, I had a minor migraine all weekend which zapped most of my energy.

We watched some random movies at the house on Saturday (I need a name for the house in which Her Majesty, Tigger and Samson reside). Sunday, Samson and I watched House all day until it was time to go ice skating with Bullfrog. I picked up a white chocolate mocha with caramel on the way in hopes that it would boost my energy. Bullfrog isn’t one to tolerate a lack of energy. *chuckle*

I had a lot of fun despite my inexperience of skating. I only fell once and that was because some guy came barrelling by me and lost his balance. He grabbed onto me and I in turn grabbed some random girl and almost took her down with me. I was rather disappointed I failed in taking her down (she looked annoying like a Linsay Lohan/Miley Cyrus wannabe), but it was gratifying when the guy who ran into me came back apologizing profusely. I just laughed it off…laughed so hard that he, Samson and Bullfrog started laughing, too! It was great! Definitely the highlight of my night…and weekend for that matter.

I went to Her Majesty and Tigger’s place again this weekend, even though I told myself all week that I needed to stay home and rest. Then, Samson texts me asking me if I’m coming to Tigger’s bday party on Saturday. Oh, fantastic!  This after we just had a snow storm and were expecting another weekend (which came). And I seriously needed rest. I mean, geez! I’m already going over there on Tuesday for the Chanukkah party!

Still, Tigger is one of the people whose birthday I couldn’t miss. So, I went.

We ate white/chocolate chip challah, watched Hancock and did some dancing. Of course, being with this crowd, I really enjoyed myself. Except when Samson and Le Bullfrog ganged up on me, picking me up and tossing me back and forth to each other. They just better be glad they didn’t drop me…I would have mauled them!

Without going into any further detail, I love my crazy, retarded friends! And BOO to the snow!

I have training today for the first half of work today! It’s awesome. I’m getting paid to sit in a classroom and NOT work!

Yeah, I’m in a really good mood today. I have an awesome friend who came from quite a distance to visit me
today–just because I felt moody yesterday. I shall call him Samson (I
have mentioned him recently as Newbie). He’s coming over again on
Saturday to watch Transporter 3 with me and some other friends. I can’t
wait! For one thing, I get paid and am itching to buy something. Maybe
I won’t–I admit I’m not so great at keeping shabbat. It’s the one day
I can get out usually.Samson and My Evil Twin should keep me in check.
I’m worried about Friday, though. I’ll be so excited about Saturday and
have to distract me from it. It’ll be a LOOONG day. *sigh*
I know! I’ll bury myself in my novel! I’ve been working on it. I just
haven’t updated it on my computer or online yet. I do that on the
weekends, but for the past few weekends I haven’t been home. Haha! All
part of the distraction!
Samson’s been great helping me with that. I spent this last weekend at
Her Majesty’s where he also lives. I was moping and considering not
going, but I’m so glad I did go. The funny video clips online, the
movies, the pillow fights, the sliding down the halls in stocking feet,
the “dodgeball,” and of course the coffee highs were a blast! I may
just make a regular thing of it. I would just need to toggle my
schedule because Sunday is my “clean the whole house” day. Yes, I know;
I should be doing a little bit of cleaning every day instead of a bunch
one day. I’m working on that, ok? And I am improving, too! So there!
Ah, I see it is about time for me to me to begin the day’s adventures! Off I go. Farewell!

Friday 5: Childhood Indulgence

1. When did you last have a mid-day nap? Just the other day.
2. When did you last have milk and cookies? 2-3 weeks ago. I love my milk and cookies!
3. When did you last have a bubble bath? About 3 weeks ago.
4. When did you last jump on the furniture? Today!
5. When did you last play in the mud? Um, yeah, mud is no longer my friend. It’s been years.

Friday Fill-in #101:

1. Snow _____. I have to rephrase this to how Bella said it: Ew, snow. I often feel that way myself.

2. I’m looking forward to hanging out with Her Majesty, Tigger and Newbie tomorrow!

3. Cinnamon Vanilla Creme is the best coffee creamer ever!

5. I’m done with doing nothing; I’m a busy girl now!

6. The most enjoyable thing around the holidays is the food!!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to getting some sleep (lol), tomorrow my plans include hanging out with friends and Sunday, I want to recover from it all!

This was an awesome week! Yay! I cannot fully express myself. I wish I had a pic to post of me eating my giant lollipop at work. That would be fitting.
