Vay Anam Vay

Unconscious Mutterings 302:

  1. Coverage :: weather (You can stand under my umbrella, ella, ella…) Did I mention I love the rain?
  2. Cynical :: what I was becoming until my Prince brought out my natural sunshine again.
  3. Gust :: more exciting than a mere breeze. Wind excites me.
  4. Improvised :: hm, some embarrassing clothing malfunctions come to mind…
  5. V :: …for Vendetta! I love that movie!!
  6. Guests :: aka, unsuspecting victims. Unless they’ve been my guests before. Then, they’re not so unsuspecting.
  7. Brutal :: sometimes, it’s the truth.
  8. Grant :: Cary Grant. A bit before my time. I found him hilarious in The Philadelphia Story, though.
  9. Pull :: gravity. It’s not just a force of nature. Sometimes, it’s a force that draws people to each other.
  10. Streaming :: live video. (I’m a wannabe geek. Geeks are just so AWESOME!)
Speaking of awesome, I have been entertaining myself lately with Tarkan. Well, that is, with Tarkan’s music. *ahem* I bought his mp3 album Metamorphoz and am currently choreographing his song Vay Anam Vay. It’s not going to be anything fancy. I leave that to my major dance pro friends Tigger and Yoseph. I like simple movements that have more of a bellydance flavor.

Anyway, with my Prince actually shipping out in a matter of days, I’ll be working feverishly to keep myself occupied and avoid lonesomeness. Small wonder that my dance itch has returned, my vocal practice has resumed, and my obsessive/compulsive writing goes with me everywhere except the bathroom (and even there, I’m still working on it in my head).

Of course, I have other things to keep me busy as well. I plan on becoming a Jew through and through. My Prince is actually quite orthodox and if our relationship is going to continue, I’ll have to cease with my lazy observance of Judaism. So, I have a lot of stuff to study while he’s gone. Fortunately, I find the structure of Judaism comforting…and magical as well. I really do love it. Otherwise, it wouldn’t work with my Prince. I’m the type of girl who has a million rules regarding who I’ll fall in love with and even more rules for who I’ll marry. Seriously, I was pretty sure I’d never find someone up to my standards–especially not in the U.S. (no offense, guys). So, yeah, I consider myself the luckiest lady in the world to have found my Prince. My soulmate.

Ok, that’s all for tonight. I’m going to bed and listen to New Moon.
