Rain, Rain Come Again
1. Last weekend, I was thinking that I could really use some sleep.
2. If the weather continues like this, I’m moving to Alaska! 
3. Will my hair ever grow? (I’m working on it.)
4. Often, on a summer’s night, I think how beautiful the moon is.
5. Right now, I could use a good strong dose of cold medicine.
6. My favorite summertime meal is a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to seeing Tay (even if it is under sad circumstances), tomorrow my plans include work and Sunday, I want to go to bed immediately after work!
Ugh. So tired. And now I’m sick. Oh joy.
Seriously, though, the rain this morning was tremendously appreciated. After working on organizing and moving some boxes, I felt drowsy so I took a nap. When I went back outside, it was bright with sunshine. I scowled. I really do prefer the rain now. It’s refreshing and empowering. Sunlight only blinds me and drains my energy.
Well, I’ve set the evening of Monday, August 27th as the date for my Housewarming/Dance Party. Hopefully, I can get some people to go with me to the Sol Duc Hot Springs, too. Though we’re finally out of the old place (Yay!), Imah thinks it will take us another month to get fully settled in. Yeah. We have A LOT of stuff.
I know there’s more to write about, but my mind isn’t working very well just now. And I’m afraid I must depart.
